The Morning

SO the GUILT kills me inside and look fwd to the morning where i can make amends!!! Yea!!! FCK um writin this!!! the Guilt you ask, is well Having some nice tasty briyani, and stake some thai chicken ice cream and a jugheads to down it!!!

       OMG!! what a wesome food…..my whole body was working in union in enjoyin it! the eyes, the nose the mouth, the teeth the ear the TOUNGUE, the pipe the stomach the hands and the legs….eerrrr…yea the legs I was fckin excited!!! and the brain was jumpin with joy and my mind was running a 100mt sprint which even the bolt wouldnt beat!!!! The smoke after all this was just the PERFECT way to end the day!!! BBBUUUUUUUURRRLLLLLLLPPPPPPPppppppppppp!!!
      A wonderful 6hrs of sleep later i woke up even before the alarm rang at 5.40!!! up and awake at this time and i was rarin to get out and on to my 2 good friends t he threadmil and the EFX!!! oh i love those bastds i thought!!! and instantly i knew it was the food last night which made me love these assholes!!! FCK food can do wonders and i smiled at my pot belly giving it a nice rub!!! Well i do love you i said, tho it gave me a cold stare and my mind smiles thinkin 7 inches of bloody fat bastds have gone from tht area! another 4 more and i’d say um ok DD
      Put on my sneakers and was ready to blast out to the gym when the sky opened up!!! I remember the post i did way bak in my O3 days…. When the Mountain moved the Gods cried!!! and I looked up and said FUCK YOU..u aint stoppin me this time ya bastd…I will go i thought!!! Put on my jacket and braving the fcked up rain which was by tht time pouring itz hearts out and with visiblity of just a few feet i was on my way to the Gym!!
    Well i am so addicted to the feel good factor of Dopamine…Dopamine is a chemical which is released by the brain to say Job well done to drive in a sense of goodness and it is released after a serious tiring workout every morning. Gives me the Rush to say FUCK you bastds in the rat race the whole day!!!
      Anyways comming back i reach my gym at 6.35…35 mins late and i was cursing cause tht todays workout will not be effective….and as i climbed the stairs and saw the shutter down….well got the bulb of the year!!! Slowly riding bak home I thought fck you would have won today but I will have the LAST laff!!! You could have made loosing the last 10 kgs a Hell but i am more determined to loose another 10 by the year END!!! I wanted to shout out aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and I saw steaming hot vadas in the tea shop…stopped for a smoke and yea had a vada and got my sorry fat ass home to get ready for work!!!
