Of doing nothing and Happiness

  OH! after so many weekend of rebelz pratice and doing this and that on all the work I was COMPLETELY free last weekend.With nothing to do!!When somebody asked me today what I did over the weeken I proudly answered “AS Little as Possible“

   Such satisfaction of doing nothing!!! I read somewhere that even little things that give you pleasure releses dopamine….I tell you sunday My brain would have been relesing dopamine by the liters!!!!
    Waking up to a hangover..Vodka I tell you is a killer the next day!! Slowly going about my activities in my friends house….thirsty as hell Drinking pepsi to quench it!!! Wobbling my bike to my house and there was this feeling…No i was not sleepy but I just wanted to rest….lyin down on the sofa and switchin channels for 4 continuous hours ooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Bliss!! Somehow even eating lunch was a pain…smoke wat walking to get a smoke was out of the question!!!! Went out once the whole of sunday…to check out some diwali sale for TV’s. zeroed in on one! the Panny LE8. flat screen tv on my bed room wall next week DDDDDD cant wait to connect my PS on tht! DD yeppieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! and well if um not online too much from now on…you kno wot i’ll b doin DDDDDDDD

 

           Monday morning i.e today was a different story!!!! I was eager for the clock to strike 5.45!! I was actually looking at my phone for the alarm to ring…Hit the gym!!! Strenuous workout gives you a High search for the Runners high and you’ll know!!!! Man today’s workout was crazy!!! I guess another dose of dopamine relese from the brain and I rode like the devil to work this morning!! Nothing not even the Dumbfcks/ bastds on the roads of chennai could bring me down from where I was!!!! Except that um @ work now and the high has gone and I have to write a freeking xam in a couple of hours!!! FCK cant wait for tomm morning…oooooo leg days!!!! I hate leg days….my legs scream for mercy but um waiting for my brain to say CALM the FCK down to my legs DDD
